In the wake of recent events, the people of Gaza remain hopeful for much-needed humanitarian assistance. This anticipation, however, is clouded as Israel has attacked 'safe' zones and paths that civilians were suppose to leave safely.
After the October 13th incident, access to medical aid has become increasingly challenging. During this event, an estimated 70 Palestinians, attempting to move to safer grounds in the south, tragically lost their lives due to an explosion on the path designated by Israel as a "safe route" from northern Gaza.
Furthermore, ambulances that rushed to the scene after the explosion faced another round of attacks. Thorough analyses of video evidence by various media organizations and human rights watchdogs suggest that Israeli airstrikes might have been the most probable cause.
So this begs the questions. will there actually be humanitarian aid allowed to Gaza or is it another false promise and plan for Israel to kill more people.
