He emphasized the global responsibility to unequivocally denounce these acts of violence by Hamas terrorists.

Biden's comments were focused on the shocking reports of sexual abuse, with survivors sharing details of repeated rape, mutilation, and desecration of women's bodies.

He stressed the necessity for a united stance from governments, international organizations, civil society, and businesses against such atrocities.
